RETURNS & SHIPPING
Products can be returned up to 14 days from date of order. The product must be in the same condition that it was sent out in and the warranty labels should be intact. If you have a reason to return an item, then please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will need the original order/invoice number and reason for the return before we will accept any returns.
Once given the authority to return, goods must be packaged securely to prevent damage. If goods arrive and have not been packaged properly, this will invalidate the return

Royal Mail Parcelforce 24 Hour Or 48 Hour Service,
DPD or UPS standard and express service
All our shipments are shipped with insurance and the have the appropriate packaging.
