Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Times.

New Pcs inc. custom built - When we receive your order, parts availability is checked and any issues found will be highlighted to you within 2 hours. If there are no issues with stock, we then process the order to the building department. We normally aim to get the pcs built within 2 working days, inc. testing.

The Pcs are then shipped out to you the customer, either Via insured service from DPD Local, Royal mail Parcelforce or UPS services.. ALL new Pcs are packed to protect them in transit.

2. Components, peripherals and new Laptops.

These items once an order is received, before 4:00pm Mon to Thursday are despatched from our central warehouse via DPD Next Day. 

Items from these categories ordered on a Friday before 4, will arrive next business day, which is Monday. If a Saturday delivery is asked for we can arrange this at an extra charge.

3. Shipping Costs

Items over £500 are shipped free of charge anywhere on the UK Mainland. Below that threshold a charge of £6.99 is charged, this is for all categories.

4. We only ship to UK Mainland inc. Channel islands and Northern Ireland. WE DO NOT SHIP WORLDWIDE.

5. These delivery times are subject to change if there are any disruptions, which might inc. weather, industrial action etc.
